Stress is most often linked to mental and emotional factors, but what is often not talked about is the physical strain that stress can have on a person.
There are many symptoms and signs that appear on and within the physical body and when a person faces long-term stress, the symptoms can become even more severe.
When stress arises, the body goes into fight or flight mode and does what it can to protect itself.
